My self Hiren.V.Ayar I have completed Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Sardar Patel University of Vallabh Vidyanagar. Currently working as Project Associate at Icon Associate (Consultants & Trainer), Ahmadabad Earlier I worked as research scholar in Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology. 2 years broad experience in research and I have worked two year in one of the best research organisation of Gujarat . During this job I have work mainly on research, planning and management of project work and also gave my best efforts, potential and skill in every project. I have work in more then 10 big projects. I have worked on different projects such as Regional planning, Regional Environment Assessment,EIA Study (Environment), also done research work on Impact of Industrial development on Local People. Arrange different awareness programmed among rural people on different social issue, Also work in Watershed and Grassland development project and also done monitoring and evaluation work of other NGO. And communicate with all government officer also collected secondary information from different government department. During study of 5 year I have worked on child labor and also some special survey on education in rural and urban area, causes of child labor increasing in urban area etc, also work in polio immunization programmed. Also I have arranged lots of medical check up camp and also organized awareness campaign in Anand rural area.
