Selected through an interview schedule for the post of Senior Research Fellow for an ICAR network mode project and worked for a period of 11 months. The roles played were varied and ranged from laboratory to field to office work. Hold an experience of classroom teaching where in worjed as a part time faculty member for a period of 6 months ( 1 semester). The role included taking both theory and practical lessons. Role appreciated by students and senior staff as well. Closely associated with the departmental work and thus gained an understanding of academic functioning. Awarded highest OGPA award in PhD. Elected college president , hostel president and class representative in different years. Started and presided Rotaract Club of College. Participation in many students based social programs like anti polythene drive, cultural events etc.
