1. Alliance is an inclusive group in the sense that the term "professional" is interpreted widely to mean anyone who operates her or himself as a knowledge worker in the developmental marketplace independent or part of an employing organization regardless of what term they use to define themselves.

2. Alliance is an independent avenue in the sense that membership of the Alliance does not imply that members are related to our firm, VisionRI Connexion Services Private Limited, in any capacity.

Terms & Conditions underlying the Relation of Organizations as Associates

1. Alliance is an independent avenue in the sense that being an Associate of the Alliance does not imply that Associates are related to our firm, VisionRI Connexion Services Private Limited, in any capacity. In other words, Associates are participating in the alliance only for the purpose of meeting their requirements for quality professional manpower. Other business relations of Associates, if any, with VisionRI are excluded from the domain of VisionRI Alliance.

2. VisionRI shall place the information related with requirements of professional manpower provided by the associates only under the Hot Options section of its site www.visionri.net.

3. The insertion so displayed in the Hot Options section of www.visionri.net shall be for a fixed period (currently 30 days), which period is subject to change without notice.

4. VisionRI reserves its right to reject any insertion or information / data provided by the associates without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the details about their requirement of professional manpower.

5. VisionRI has the right to make all such modifications / editing in the details about requirement of professional manpower in order to fit its database.

6. The collection of responses to the notified Hot Options will be done by VisionRI and the same will be intimated to the concerned associate.

7. VisionRI offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any at all response once the manpower specific requirement is put on display under Hot Options.

8. VisionRI shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the associate from any respondent and it shall be the sole responsibility of the associate to check, authenticate and verify the information / response received at its own cost and expense.

9. VisionRI would not be held liable for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the associate, due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond VisionRI's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, policies of the Government, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

10. The associate shall be deemed to give an undertaking to VisionRI that the requirement of the professionals sought to be advertised on the Hot Options section of this website are in existence, are genuine and that the associate has the authority to advertise for such requirements.

11. VisionRI reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction and classification of the Hot Options section of www.visionri.net at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.

12. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data provided for upload by him/her on the website.

13. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and VisionRI will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

14. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and VisionRI will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Delhi alone.
